A Washington, DC-based strategic creative agency is looking to engage a Senior Designer in a full-time, on-site, temporary role starting immediately and continuing through at least the end of September. We are posting this announcement in mid-July with the hope of identifying someone terrific who can start as soon as possible. 

There is a possibility this temporary role could turn into a full-time position. The designer selected will be replacing a full-time designer who is moving out of the region. The hiring organization will definitely re-fill the full-time position. However, they have not yet decided whether the full-time role will be at the Senior Designer level or higher or lower. Decisions regarding the full-time position will not impact this temporary role. However, we will aim to update this job posting regarding the full-time position as new information becomes available.

We are ideally seeking candidates who can demonstrate through online portfolio examples, that they have at least baseline interactive design and production skills. Deep interactive design experience (i.e. concepting original interface designs, developing user experience flows, etc.) will be useful, but are not a requirement.
